Ingredients:
1/2 cup (125 mL) pomegranate juice
1/4 cup (20 g) oats, steel cut or old fashioned (not quick or instant)
1 apple, peeled and grated
4 raw cashews or hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup (46 g) halved grapes
1/2 cup (80 g) cubed cantaloupe
1/2 cup (72 g) sliced fresh organic strawberries
1 tablespoon currants (optional)
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Instructions: Soak oats in pomegranate juice overnight in refrigerator. Oats will absorb the liquid. In the morning, combine oats with remaining ingredients.
