Ingredients:
1/2 cup (46 g) sliced almonds
1/2 cup (60 g) pine nuts
2 apples, chopped (no need to peel if organic)
5 packed cups (200 g) fresh basil leaves
4 cups (240 g) fresh parsley (do not pack)
4 medjool dates or 8 deglet noor dates, pitted
Instructions: Blend almonds and pine nuts together in a Vita-Mix or other powerful blender. Add apples, basil, parsley, and dates and blend until creamy. Add a little water if needed to thin.
