Ingredients:
5 tablespoons water
1/2 cup (59 g) walnuts
1/2 cup (46 g) almonds
1 cup (34 g) watercress
1/2 cup (20 g) fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup (30 g) fresh parsley
1/3 cup (83 mL) raw tahini
1/4 cup (63 mL) fresh lemon juice
6 grape or cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more water if needed for desired consistency.
