Ingredients:
1 10-ounce (284 g) bag broccoli slaw
3 scallions, chopped
2 ounces (57 g) raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup (63 mL) Riesling Raisin Vinegar
1 tablespoon Black Fig Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon VegiZest
Romaine lettuce (optional)
Instructions: Combine broccoli slaw, scallions, and sunflower seeds. With wire whisk combine the vinegars and VegiZest. Pour over the broccoli slaw mixture and toss.
Serve on bed of romaine lettuce, if desired.
