Banana Fig Ice Cream

5 dried figs, stems removed
4 ripe bananas, frozen*
5 tablespoons unsweetened soy milk
2 teaspoons Black Fig Vinegar


Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until creamy.

*Freeze ripe bananas at least 24 hrs in advance. To freeze bananas, peel, cut in thirds and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
