Ingredients:
1 quart (950 mL) water
1 quart (950 mL) low sodium vegetable broth
1 cup (197 g) dried yellow split peas
1 cup (197 g) dried green split peas
1/2 cup (80 g) chopped onions
2 carrots, chopped
2 organic celery stalks, chopped
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Spike seasoning (no salt)
1/4 cup (3 g) fresh dill weed, chopped
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours, then turn to high for 3 hours.
