Joan P: Lost Her Arthritic Limp

I have suffered from swollen knees/painful arthritis in both of my knees. Most of the time I walk with a pronounced limp to favor the right leg and keep the weight off the left leg and knee which is twice as arthritic as the right one.

Through you, I became aware of the power and help of dark, leafy, green salads. Everyday I made myself a dark leafy green salad - kale, collard greens, spinach, dandelion and other dark leaves. Within a month, I started to feel less pain. Within a couple of months, I noticed I limped less. In the last six months, I noticed, I still have a very swollen left knee, but haven't any pain when I walk and haven't any limp!
