Still sick but tried the Kale Salad I talked about in my last blog anyway. It was fantastic. I used kale, pine nuts, black berries, fetta cheese, and baby spinach, I tossed it all in a bowl with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and lignan enriched flax seed oil. It was so good and I was full after one serving. Well I am going to lie down since this cold is kicking my butt. Just wanted to take a minute to share with you how awesome that Kale Salad was.

Day 2
I still have the flu so I still have no appetite to speak of so I am droping weight my only concern is being able to stay on track once I do not have the flu anymore. I stumbled across a geat kale salad idea the other day and I can't wait to try it once I am better. I will let you know how it turns out. Right now I am just trying to get as much rest as possible and drink as much water as possible until I am better then it's back to the gym and back on track.
Day 1
So this was my first day and having the flu has made it really easy to not cheat seeing as I have no appetite to begin with. I really like this program and feel that I can stick to this and achieve my goals in a healthy way. I am confident that I will loose the weight I wish to loose and gain heathy eating habits in the process.
