Day 3

Still sick but tried the Kale Salad I talked about in my last blog anyway. It was fantastic. I used kale, pine nuts, black berries, fetta cheese, and baby spinach, I tossed it all in a bowl with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and lignan enriched flax seed oil. It was so good and I was full after one serving. Well I am going to lie down since this cold is kicking my butt. Just wanted to take a minute to share with you how awesome that Kale Salad was.

I've just started!!

I am so excited, but I will be out of town for ten of the next 28 days, so I hope to not lose those days on the program!

Day 2

I still have the flu so I still have no appetite to speak of so I am droping weight my only concern is being able to stay on track once I do not have the flu anymore.  I stumbled across a geat kale salad idea the other day and I can't wait to try it once I am better. I will let you know how it turns out. Right now I am just trying to get as much rest as possible and drink as much water as possible until I am better then it's back to the gym and back on track.

Day 1

So this was my first day and having the flu has made it really easy to not cheat seeing as I have no appetite to begin with. I really like this program and feel that I can stick to this and achieve my goals in a healthy way. I am confident that I will loose the weight I wish to loose and gain heathy eating habits in the process.

I'm really new at this I kinda dont understand how this works is there a meal plan that they give you or is it totally up to you by making up what you need to eat everydaycan somebody help me on this

2010 is here! I am very thankful for the happenings in 2009 and I am looking forward to make 2010 a healthy year full of healthy choices.

Thanksgiving 2009

 I made these dishes the day before and shared them with family on Thanksgiving, while they provided the regular Thanksgiving Menu. I ate only my dished but added a little bit of the turkey.
I started with a big plate of salad and then a plate of the other dishes I made. It was delicious and lots of people gave great complements on the food. I made little tags with the name of the dish and the ingredients and I also mentioned if it was salt, sugar, daily and oil free.

Week 4

 This week I didn't lose any weight, I stayed the same. I'm a little disappointed, but I figure, I still feel really great, and I know I'm still sticking to the program and eating a nutrient dense diet. I'll just have to work harder next week!
