Eating more for less actually works

I've been doing the ERA plan for several weeks now.  I weigh myself weekly and I've gotten to the point where I can almost predict whether and/or how much weight will be lost.  During the week, if I've gone awhile between meals and my stomach feels kind of bloated I've learned to interpret that as UNDEREATING, crazy as it sounds.  If it happens a few times during that week, I know I probably haven't lost anything that week.  During times where I've eaten more (heavy on the beans & greens)I interpret the solid but kind of lean feeling I get to mean I am on track to lose some lbs.  I've lost about 22lbs. in eight weeks of increasingly vigilant dietary control and almost daily fanatical workouts (I tend to overtrain).  Also, if I take a day off from the gym, more often than not, that will be a week that I lose some weight.
