excersice can be fun!

 I have been hiking and walking for  at least one hour 3 times per week. I feel better and still have to do more stretching. I have not eaten any red meat , just fish the past 2 months.  I  eat at least 3 pieces of fruit daily and a salad everyday! I feel so much better! I still have 2 months to go to get my cholestrol tested (it was 250 bad) but I am feeling like it will be normal. I think getting actice have also improved my mood imensely! I want others to know getting active does not have to be boring, I walk around my nieghborhood, hike up runyon canyon, griffith park or any new trails I find and it makes  it more fun!
