I just started this program yesterday. My nutrition prescription said I was in danger of heart disease, sudden death and strokes and that really scared me! So I am in it for real now. I find it hard to work this out with my work schedule as I work many hours. I have to prepare food on weekends and take it to work but I can do that. I also started an exercise program and today am a little sore. I guess there isn't anyway around the fact that my health takes time. Any ideas on how to work the program and not put so much time into it? I find eating out to be a challenge and then I do like to drink tea and occasionally a drink. Will that have to go too? Any advice for a newbie?
I am sad to say my starting weight is 193 and I am only 5'2". I am 61 years old. So this is an emergency for me :)
