Weigh in Day

 Today I weighed myself. I plan on weighing myself every Sunday. I figure once a week is good enough so that I don't go crazy. Well I lost 7 pounds after only one week! I can't believe it considering I sat on my ass all week listening to lectures. 
Today I snuck behind a cooler at work and did wall push ups. I did two sets of 30. never thought wall push ups could be so tough. After I arms started cramping up, Yikes! I better keep it up so I get better at it! I still can't stop telling everyone at work about the amazing week I just had! I am so grateful I had this chance!
