Week 3

Weigh in day, I lost 5 pounds this week for a total of 14 so far. My Energy is still huge, and two people commented on my skin, energy and mood today. I haven't gotten more that 4 hours of sleep each night, over the past 2 days, I worked 10 hour shifts, and still had enough energy to get through the day. Last night I walked two miles and danced all night at a concert. I didn't get home until about 2am! 
One of the biggest improvements I've had is in my anxiety. My anxiety has improved so much over the past two weeks and I haven't had a panic attack in two weeks! This week I didn't need to take my anxiety medication once! 
Tonight is the first night in about two weeks that I really feel tired after my day. So I'm off to bed early to rest up for another 10 hour shift tomorrow! I'm ready for week 4!
