 Good Morning,

First of all I feel really good! I lost 15.5 pounds (from 161 to 145.5), my goal is 25 pounds, I am on the good track! The fun part is that I already feel and look good and I have still lots of "fats" in my ties and legs that easily can come off.**** We do have a scales at home that measures BMII, body fast etc, and I see my results improving fast!

But the main thing is that I can feel it is a long term, life investment, it is not a quick fix, but a good feeling adventure in life and that is what thrills me the most!

Another incredible side effects is the wonderful influence my choices has to others. I had to go to Belgium for 10 days because my father was dying (he past away 2 days ago) and while I was there, my family started juicing and eating healthier and since I left they have been the example for others and it has a great ripple effect into the world.
That is just amazing.

I do my exercises in which I feel my body strengthening; I have been enjoying the communications and connections with the people involved in Eat Right America and the Whole Foods team. And in my own family I have been eating and cooking healthy and I see my husband and kids learning and supporting the changes we are making and they can learn how to make their own healthy choices.

I have been updating my website frequently. I use my blog to share my experiences, my weight and measurement changes, my thoughts etc. You can bookmark it and check it out once in a while.

By making these changes in my life style I notice I am making big changes in my overall well-being. Emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. I feel happier, my self-esteem is getting stronger and I have more peace in my life. Also these things are not a quick fix, but a long-term goal. My priority in life is to feel good and I am learning to make the best choices that support that priority.

I do notice that the healthy foods are clearing away illnesses and unhealthy things in my body, but not only in my body, it clears my total being and that is what I want, clarity, openness, peace, happiness.
I want to be the change I want to see in the world!

I would like to thank everyone who supports me in these goals.

I do not have any questions about the program, but I am in the question about how to get this program into our store. It is all very new and of course not the other team members didn’t learn first hand from Dr. Stoll, but I copied the slide show that Margaret send out and I sharing it with all teams. In the next store meeting (next week) we will share a lot of things about the program.
I am also looking into studying more about plant-based nutrition, I want to learn more about it and bring this info  into the world!

Lots of love,
