 Happy New Year.
2010 is here! I am very thankful for the happenings in 2009 and I am looking forward to make 2010 a healthy year full of healthy choices.
September 3rd will be my 40th birthday and I want to start the next 40 years in optimal health. I want to look and feel good and happy.

Today is also my mom’s (in Belgium)  70th birthday. I just called her and I am very glad that she sounds very content. It is her first birthday without my dad. She told me that she is very happy that my brother is making juice for them every morning. It is a ritual now for them that makes them feel very good. I think this is just incredible!

I haven’t had to much time lately to write and connect on the Eat right America website. But today I will take all the time to connect and check in with people and to write my story as application to go to Florida. I would love to go with Paul, share my story there with the next immersion group, show that it is possible, be a great example and go to the immersion program again with Paul. Paul would love to hear all the info himself and then we can be an example of a couple who are creating a healthy lifestyle together. There are lots of people out there who change their lifestyles but not enough examples of couples doing it together as a team. We would love to be one of those in the world!

I have been eating healthy during the holidays. I did gain again some pounds because I did made a veggie lasagna and ate a little bit more 100% whole wheat bread, but that is part of the fun. That I can eat more and still know I eat healthy. My main goals is to eat healthy long term, as a life style and not a quick loosing weight only thing.

At this moment I am drinking lemon water. When Paul arrives back home we will make together our juice and then walk the butte as exercise. Then I will write my texts and hopefully start a new painting, I have been trying to start a new painting for months now. Today will be the day!
