I first heard of the Eat Right America Nutritarian program on a radio talk program (1200 AM M. Gaddis program) in Michigan. I thank God for Eat Right America and Dr. Fuhrman’s sharing his knowledge. I did not think I needed to lose weight at 121 pounds (55 kg) but I went to 112-113 (51 kg) in 3 months.
My concern was cholesterol. I went from 187 to 167 (4.84 to 4.33). I do not take niacin any longer. My LDL did not register on the lab report neither did my trig. My B/P has always been low.

I really enjoy this way of eating H= N/C It is the Einstein way.
