Trish: Loves Being a Nutritarian

I thought my eating habits were healthy, but after learning the Nutritarian dietary principles, I realized I could make some improvements. I couldn’t wait to get started! I started very slowly, eating lots of salads, fresh fruit, and steaming vegetables was easy. Next, I incorporated different types of beans into my diet and found I was really feeling full. I started to realize how different foods contribute to how you feel. I eliminated sweets, processed foods, and all the "junk" food I had eaten before.

I feel 100% better and my husband enjoys our new eating habits too. I never thought I would drop weight so easily. My clothes fit better, and I have more energy as well.
 
I have recommended this way of eating to friends and family, hoping they will want to get the "junk" out of their diet as well.
