I am a former military special-forces officer, now working in a corporate environment. I have always been physically active and eaten somewhat healthy, despite being overweight. Over the years, I have tried various diets to lose weight. I was always able to lose weight, but soon, gained the lost weight back. Looking back, I always remember feeling hungry on the diet plans I attempted.
I heard about The Eat Right America Nutritarian diet from a close friend of mine who lost 20 pounds (9 kg) in 6 weeks. I decided it was time to take my health seriously and went for it with this diet.
When I started the program, I weighed 189 pounds (86 kg). I continued with my normal sports activities including, tennis, walking, running, snow skiing, etc. I lost 25 pounds (11.4 kg) in the first 3 months! I enjoy the plan because it is easy to follow and I am not hungry. My goal is to lose another 15 pounds (6.8 kg) by the end of the year.
