I didn't actually sit down and review the website so I was truthfully surprised of how much information is on the website. I also printed my prescription plan and exercises and was pleasantly surprised that it was all there along with a daily input of what I eat. It pays to read all things before jumping into it! I am so glad that I took the time to go through it tonight!

Just Started this program

I just started this program yesterday.  My nutrition prescription said I was in danger of heart disease, sudden death and strokes and that really scared me!  So I am in it for real now.  I find it hard to work this out with my work schedule as I work many hours.

28 Day Immersion Program

Hello, I am Alice of CT.  I joined this 28 Day Immersion program 5 days ago. I  am a little awkward to use this internet.  I am not sure if I follow up correclty.  I hope I am doing right.   Will I get some materials?  If so, when will I receive it?
I want to reduce my high cholesterol.    It was 252 last January.  This month it is 235 from my own diet.   I need to drop more.   I try to use your program and different recipes that I can enjoy.

can not start

 i view this program 15 week and still have not stared it what wrong with me I need to  start today 

Well Here Goes

 I am heading to the store to get my food. My greatest challenge will be i working this into my lifestyle. I get up so dang earlier but i gotta try hard cause I dont want to spend another year of my life feeling like I do. And looking like I do.    

I just completed the questions...now off to Whole Foods with my list!

It was a little daunting filling out the questions. Then I hit submit. Just like Dr. Fuhrman stated, most poeple think they eat better than they REALLY DO. So did I. Seeing the results was very sobering. I was one of so many that felt proud about what I DIDN'T eat, when it's more about what we DO eat.
So now when I walk the aisles at Whole Foods, in a couple of hours, I wont focus on the negative with my nose up in the air, saying to myself, "I don't eat that, or that," instead I will fill my cart with the postive.

anyone else have trouble with this site?? Good luck to all in their health journeys.

 I am wondering about goats milk. I eat one half oz a day as a salad ingredient. Love the taste and it is low sodium. 
 

Looking for a Kale salad recipe

I was involved in health & fitness for 25 years.  I thought I had been involved in every eating program out there.  Now I've discovered an entire new approach to eating and I love it!  I find myself craving the delight of the new tastes and flavor combinations.
I ate lunch at whole foods and tasted a wonderful kale salad - I cannot find the recipe - any suggestions for a good kale salad?

I've just started!!

I am so excited, but I will be out of town for ten of the next 28 days, so I hope to not lose those days on the program!

It's hard to convey to friends, family and fellow team members how transforming for me this week has been.  My body loved the food, loved the food, really loved the food, did I say, my body loved the food? The session with Sean Stephenson cracked me wide open, (no more excuses and rationalizations) the movie Tues. night about Joe Cook and Phil expanded my time worn notions of what is possible and ignited a sense of hope I haven't felt since I was a teenager hearing Dr. Martin L.
